When I asked the birthday girl what she wanted to eat for supper Monday night, she chose hot dogs. Trying to "beef" things up for her daddy and me, though, I put together some hot dog chili that was yummy and easy!
Hot Dog Chili
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 c. ketchup
1 t. vinegar
1 T. chili powder
1/2 cup water
Combine all ingredients and simmer 10 minutes in a saucepan.
